Section 03
To register and maintain an account on the play888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
play888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including government-issued identification documents (MyKad, passport, or other equivalent document), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to register and operate a maximum of one (1) account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment instruments, or device identifiers — is classified as multi-accounting and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth. This information is used for account verification, communication, and KYC purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information remains accurate and up to date. You may update your contact details by submitting a request to the play888 support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. play888 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. In the event of unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your account, you must notify play888 immediately via the official support channels listed in Section 15.
play888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
play888 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, play888 may request the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of being requested to do so may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges pending compliance.
Section 05
All financial transactions on the play888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). play888 does not impose currency conversion fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges, for which play888 accepts no liability.
play888 accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following approved payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. play888 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
play888 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours. In cases requiring additional review, withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days to complete.
Section 06
play888 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and the referral programme. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on their respective offer pages, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
Bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (or winnings derived therefrom) may be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the offer's terms page at the time of opt-in. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 25x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — towards satisfying wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is as follows (unless a specific promotion states otherwise):

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the respective offer page. Upon expiry, any outstanding bonus funds and associated pending winnings shall be forfeited without compensation.
play888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
Section 07
All games available on the play888 Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. The general provisions below apply to all gameplay on the Platform.
Slot game and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game's information panel and reflects the long-run theoretical return, not outcomes in any given session.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, basketball, and other available markets — are subject to individual market rules and sporting body decisions. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with play888's sports betting rules as published on the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure during gameplay, play888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. play888 will not honour winnings that resulted directly from a manifest error or technical fault.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the play888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, game assets, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the play888 Platform are the exclusive property of play888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any such materials without the express prior written consent of play888.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or reproduction of Platform content.
Section 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, play888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other economic loss.
play888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
play888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary service interruption.
Section 11
play888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, play888 reserves the right to forfeit any and all balances — including real money deposits and bonus funds — held in the account at the time of closure, where such balances are associated with or derived from the prohibited conduct.
Where an account is closed for any other reason (including voluntary closure by the Player), any verified real money balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to the play888 support team at the contact details provided in Section 15, clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and amounts involved, and the outcome sought. play888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 3 business days and issuing a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through play888's internal process, it may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body or arbitration forum as specified by the applicable licensing authority.
Section 14
play888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised provisions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
